I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, paying thousands of dollars in premiums, and the one time I actually needed them to fix my roof, they refused to cover it. Their excuse? "First off, a lot of us have the insurance "scaries." I asked my insurance company after 10 years of loyalty if they could lower my rate and was met with a stern "no." They even happily told me to take State farms quote. I texted Christina R and left her "on read" for a few days while I played games with my original insurance with no luck.
