"Stay away not good at all. 1. Needed pressure washer insurance for my business. TINA sent paperwork over to sell me cleaning insurance told me it should work. When it i told her to make sure I can't operate on should work... she came back and said state farm doesn't do pressure washer insurance. But she sure was going to sell me that policy. 2. I put my home, cars, and travel trailer over here with Tina. Paid my down payment and was set up on auto pay. Tina failed to finish setting up the auto pay. So my insurance cancels after 1st payment due. So I'm driving around with no insurance only reason I found out was because I called in to make a change to my policy a 2 and half months later and they said I have no active policy. TINA'S response to the situation was that there is nothing she can do now. We can just rewrite you a new policy at higher rates because you have a lapse in coverage 3. Im at a different state farm office now. They are very good. When I told them what happen they were not surprised. They really tried to avoid conversation but they stated they get quite a few transfers. 4. Last but not least Tina when I met you we sat in your office . We were talking business and I asked about the insurance business and how it was treating treating you. You said you been there 10 +years and your business is barely breaking even. This is why you can't treat customers like this and think it is OK."
