"First off, a lot of us have the insurance "scaries." I asked my insurance company after 10 years of loyalty if they could lower my rate and was met with a stern "no." They even happily told me to take State farms quote. I texted Christina R and left her "on read" for a few days while I played games with my original insurance with no luck. Once I responded, Christina was available right away and even gave me a quote 3 times less than what I was paying previously. Christina made me feel heard and understood I needed a more hands on approach. She worked with me as long as I needed, had many quotes to choose from which even upsold me to renters insurance and including a second driver on my policy as it was cheaper.
